Notice Description

Hammersmith and Fulham Council is committed to ensuring the highest standards of fire and wider health and safety in the housing properties we manage, and to constantly improve the quality of our stock. We are seeking to commission consultancy support to develop a strategy for an improved Housing asset management approach. The strategy will cover - the integration of the Council's compliance data with information from stock condition surveys, and other asset, ownership and tenancy information; - the development of systems and approaches that enable this information to be used for effective performance management, an improved client function, and intelligent, proactive property management decisions; - the delivery of the Council's Fire Safety Plus Programme, capital programme, planned maintenance and day-to-day repairs. We would expect consultants awarded this work to be familiar with common compliance and stock condition databases, as well as best practice processes for delivering compliance, capital and maintenance programmes, both in house and through contracted services. This contract will commence in February 2018 and conclude with the delivery of detailed strategy recommendations in July 2018.
