Carbon Abatement Across the Economy: Key Policy Options
Notice Description
Assess the comparative advantages and disadvantages of key policy options across the economy for: (a) CO2 taxes (b) CO2 pricing (above a certain de minimis valuation level). (c) CO2 abatement subsidies. And clearly distinguishing between short (< 5 years) and longer term (up to 20+ years) options. Additional information: Please note that Defra procurement uses an E-tendering system for Procurement activities. This is currently provided by Bravo Solutions.
