Summary of the contracting process

The Keystone Alliance Consultants Framework 2018 is aimed at acquiring residential development consultancy services, facilitated by Keystone Developments (LG) Limited on behalf of the Keystone Alliance. The procurement is currently at the Award stage, following an open procedure which allows broad participation from suppliers. This framework spans a four-year contract period starting from 3rd September 2018 until 3rd September 2022, with a minimum value of £750,000 and a total budget capped at £2,500,000. Suppliers are required to submit their applications through Xantive's online platform by the deadline of 9th July 2018, covering areas in multiple English counties including Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, and the West Midlands.

The Keystone Alliance framework presents significant growth opportunities for consultancy firms, particularly those providing services as Employer's Agents, Architects, Clerks of Works, or Project Managers focused on affordable housing. Suitable candidates could include small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with expertise in residential developments and a proven track record in consulting within the construction and engineering sectors. This framework not only allows for direct participation in public sector projects but also serves as a platform for building long-term relationships with various local authorities and housing associations in the region.
