The Independent Advocacy Service will enable people who have substantial difficulty in understanding or communicating information and have no one else to represent them to be supported in their involvement in social care processes as fully as possible, and where necessary to be represented by an advocate who speaks on their behalf. A bidder briefing meeting will be taking place on Monday 21 December 2015 from 11:00 to 12:30 in Committee Room 4, County Hall, Chichester, West Sussex, Po19 1RG.
