Re-Roofing and Repair Works at Burnley Town Hall
Notice Description
Tenders are invited from organisation that have the resources and ability to carry out the re-roofing and repair works to Burnley Town Hall (Listed building). The works inolves re-roofing the Town Hall including the repair and/or replacement of associated rainwater goods. Works will also include repairs to clock tower roof, localised repointing and redecoration of existing windows. See tender documents for specification/ schedule of works on www.the-chest.org.uk Additional information: Site visits can be arranged by contacting Ryan Chappell tel: (01282) 878959 email: ryan.chappell@liberata.com or Stephen Wells tel: (01282) 878950 email: stephen.wells@liberata.com The value of the contract stated in this notice merely stipulate the Council's anticipated range of value for this work. This is provided to manage Bidder expectations in terms of funding available for this procurement. The focus here is that the Council will be looking to secure competitive rates. There is no suggestion that the lowest price acceptable should be interpreted as the 'lowest actual value' recorded in this notice. Deadline for responses to be submitted is 12:00 GMT on 13th July 2018, via The Chest
