The purpose of this notice is to inform the market that the Home Office has awarded a contract to Rookery SW Ltd are the only organisation who can Support ConfigSnapshot, Rookery Software are the software Authors, who also develop, sell and support ConfigSnapshot. The award of this contract is to ensure successful transition of Metis support from an external supplier to an internal Home Office Team (SAS) and also required for improving the Metis platform once transition has been completed.
