1)Create a machine-readable and meaningful version of the Rule Book that: a.clearly identifies objects, events, locations, actions, people and other necessary items from the Rule Book; b.clearly identifies the types of relationships between Rule Book items identified in (a) and where those relationships occur between items; c.clearly identifies the conditions and requirements for each item and relationship. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
