Contract Summary

London Borough of Haringey ("the Council") invites tenders from suitably experienced and qualified providers to deliver the provision Domestic Abuse and Violence Against Women and Girls Support Services. The Domestic Abuse and VAWG support services is divided into 7 specialised lots, encompassing refuge accommodation, community-based services, specialist provision for ethnically minoritised, and LGBTQ+ communities, support for children and young people, Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conference coordination, and support for GP practices through Identification and Referral to Improve Safety. Invitation to Tender documentation for this opportunity will be available on Haringey Procurement and Contract System (HPCS) e-sourcing portal, which can be accessed using the below link: https://s2c.waxdigital.co.uk/ProcurementLBHaringey/ Click on 'Open Opportunities' and follow the instructions on screen. The Portal is free of charge - to register please click on 'Register Here' and complete the account registration form. Once registered, log in and select 'Join Opportunity'. If already registered, Tenderers do not need to register again and may simply use their existing usernames and passwords. Tenderers wishing to be considered for this tendering opportunity must complete the tender documents and return them electronically via the Council`s e-tendering portal. Please note, tenders submitted any other means than HPCS portal will not be accepted. Please note: the closing date for submission of tenders is 13:00 hours, Monday 13th January 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted. The e-portal system will shutdown at 13:00 (1:00pm), 13th January 2025 and any un-submitted bids not registered to the system at this time will not be accepted. The council considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs) and/or Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprises (VCSEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. Commissioners are open to accepting offers from a consortium of providers or a lead provider with sub-contracts as well as individual organisations. Haringey Council ("the Council") is in the process of commissioning the provision of Domestic Abuse and Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) support services. The Domestic Abuse and VAWG support services will be divided into 8 specialised lots, encompassing refuge accommodation, community-based services, specialist provision for ethnically minoritised, and LGBTQ+ communities, support for children and young people, Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conference coordination, and support for GP practices through Identification and Referral to Improve Safety. These services aim to response violence against women and girls, foster a robust and coordinated community response, and provide comprehensive support to victim/survivors and their children who are affected by domestic and gender-based abuse. The Council is keen to consult and engage the provider market in the commissioning process and is inviting interested organisations to a pre-procurement market engagement Event. This event will be held in person on: Date: Tuesday, 17th September 2024 Time: 10:00am Venue: Location to be confirmed (will be in Haringey) The aim of this event is to consult with current and prospective providers on the service and how it will continue to support Haringey residents. The market engagement event will include a presentation of the Council's commissioning intentions, an overview of the anticipated requirements and the proposed procurement process. It will also offer potential service providers the opportunity to raise any questions or present any views prior to proceeding to the procurement process.
