Notice Description

Direct Award for Provision of Legal Advisers for ARN Legal Settlement Budget. The call-off contract shall commence on the 1st March 2023 and the expiry date will be 29th February 2024 for a period of 12 months with the option to extend by a further 12 months. The total contract value will be up to PS25,000 excluding VAT. This Direct Award is being offered under Panel RM6204 Rail Legal Services Framework and the Panel Terms and Conditions shall apply.
