Structural Works for the Regent Centre in Christchurch
Notice Description
The proposed works can be summarised as follows: * Replacement and repairs to the existing Auditorium structural steel frame; * Masonry works required to accommodate the above; * Steelwork and associated masonry repairs to the North Elevation; * Making good existing construction disturbed; * Installation of new cladding system to the Auditorium South Elevation; * Repair and re-fixing of existing gutters to the Auditorium (North & South sides) * External decorations to Auditorium North and South Elevations; * Removal of existing load-bearing scaffolding (specialist contractor); * Removal of temporary prop installation to Auditorium Circle; * Internal decorations to North and South external walls and underside of Circle; * Removal of existing site hoarding and making good hard-surfaced areas disturbed. The tendered works will require the temporary adjustment of scaffolding to facilitate the proposed works.
