Notice Title

Building Cost Analysis

Notice Description

The West of England Mayoral Combined Authority are looking to procure a report which helps us understand the drivers of high building costs in the region. Much has been published regarding general drivers and barriers to building housing in the country, but as this is not within the scope of our influence, we need to understand the detailed and specific viability challenges at a regional level. The report should go into detail around each of the factors influencing building costs and viability regionally and provide detailed supporting evidence and documentation. Additionally, the conclusions of the report should focus on identifying potential areas where policy interventions regionally could help unlock these challenges. The Mayoral Combined Authority uses ATAMIS as its e-procurement system. Suppliers will need to register at - https://weca-atamis.my.site.com/s/Welcome - to access full documents and submit proposals. Assistance in relation to the e-procurement system is available to suppliers via the Help Desk.
