CS5387 Semi-Independent Living Framework
Notice Description
Provision of Semi-Independent Living (SIL) Services to deliver accommodation and support to both Looked After Children and Care Leavers (16+). Placements will support children and young people to achieve independence by increasing their life skills, promoting health and wellbeing and securing the safety of children and young people in their care. Framework providers will, through their practise promote placement stability and continuity for children and young people to achieve their goals and aspirations in a safe and secure environment. The framework will consist out of 3 Lots reflecting the needs of Tower Hamlets looked After/Care Leaver population. Providers are encouraged to bid, either for one, two or all three of the lots: * Lot 1: Accommodation and Support delivered to those exhibiting high and complex needs. Service must be staffed 24/7. * Lot 2: Accommodation and Support delivered to those with medium level of support needs. * Lot 3: Accommodation and Support delivered to Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children. Additional information: A supplier briefing will take place on Monday 18th March 2019 between 2:00 pm and 3:30 pm.
