    NHS Northamptonshire Clinical Commissioning Group is procuring a provider for the Earls Barton Medical Centre and Penvale Park Surgery Service on an APMS. It is expected that the contract will be for a proposed period of 10 years with the opportunity to extend for a further period of up to 5 years at the discretion of the Contracting Authority (total 15 years). The estimated annual contract value is approximately £792,445.00 per annum. The Commissioner is seeking the provision of integrated primary care services, which align to both the national and local strategic plan including, but not limited to: - Develop new ways to improve access and service delivery for our diverse population (where relevant, learning from the pandemic to embed innovative ways to deliver services that meet patient needs); - Improve and embed the ethos of integration and collaborative working with local health and social care providers, including 'Primary Care Networks; - Embed a culture of co-design with patients in the development of integrated primary care services ensuring the patient has more control over their own health and the care they receive. - Understand and adopt a population health management approach to tackling health inequalities; - Enable a service model that increases equity of both access and outcomes for our different sections of the practice population; - Promote physical and psychological well-being and self- care in a holistic model; - The provider must support the 'digital first' approach and use clinically safe, NHS approved digital technology to improve access, increase equity of outcome, increase patient choice, and improve quality of care - The provider must provide a GP Led service with appropriate clinical oversight to support the multi- disciplinary practice team; - The provider must provide and support all staff holistically, ensuring personal and professional development, promote confidence and greater staff satisfaction.     NHS Northamptonshire Clinical Commissioning Group is seeking to procure a provider(s) for the Earls Barton Medical Centre and Penvale Park Surgery Service on an APMS contract. This is a Prior Information Notice to notify potential providers of the upcoming procurement and to invite interested providers to participate in pre-procurement market engagement by responding to a market engagement questionnaire - the results of which are to be used in the final design of the procurement and the Services. It is expected that the contract/s will be for a proposed period of 10 years with the opportunity to extend for up to 5 further years at the discretion of the Authority (total 15 years). The estimated total contract value is approximately £777,600.00 per annum. The lotting strategy and structure is not yet confirmed and providers are encouraged to respond to the market engagement questionnaire to provide feedback on the options available. It is currently envisaged that the procurement will be published in April 2022. The Authority is inviting interested providers to register their interest in the future contract opportunity/ies by expressing their interest in the project on the ProContract (Proactis) tender portal via the link provided. Once registered, providers will be able to access the project messaging area where they can find a suite of Market Engagement materials, including a Market Engagement Questionnaire. The Authority requests interested providers to consider the questionnaire and to provide a completed questionnaire response no later than 12noon on 1st March 2022. The Authority intends to use the information provided by interested providers in the design of the procurement process, the lotting strategy and structure and in the finalisation of the specification and associated documents ahead of the tender stage. Interested providers can access the documentation via the portal and are invited to use the portal messaging facility to: (a) ask clarification questions as required for the Authority's consideration during this pre procurement market engagement phase and, (b) for their final submission Documents can be accessed at https://procontract.due-north.com/
