0482 NDORS Trainers Instructors Framework Agreement

Notice Description

NDORS (National Driver Offender Re-training Scheme) courses are currently being delivered by Essex County Council (ECC) on behalf of Essex Police, as an agreed disposal option for drivers and riders who have committed a traffic offence, such as excess speed or failing to comply with motorway regulations. Essex County Council (ECC) is seeking to appoint suitably qualified trainers onto a Framework Agreement to deliver theory education/coaching sessions under the National Driver Offender Re-training Scheme (NDORS) at venues throughout the Essex Police force area. The Framework Agreement will comprise the following theory training courses: Lot 1: National Speed Awareness Course (NSAC) Lot 2: National Motorway Speed Awareness Course (NMSAC) Lot 3: National Motorway Compliance Course (NMCC) Lot 4: Emergency cover for the following theory NDORS courses: * National Speed Awareness Course (NSAC) * National Speed Awareness Course - 20mph (NSAC 20) * National Driver Alertness Course (NDAC) * What's Driving Us (WDU) * National Motorway Speed Awareness Course (NMSAC) * National Motorway Compliance Course (NMCC) Additional information: ECC is now using the new iSupplier Portal for sourcing. Suppliers that are not yet registered on the iSupplier Portal who may be interested in bidding for this requirement are encouraged to register as quickly as possible. Potential suppliers who are registered on the iSupplier Portal who may wish to bid for the requirement are requested to contact the Buyer asap confirming their iSupplier Portal Supplier Record Name and 8-digit reference, so that the Buyer can check that that the record is fully activated and invite you to bid. iSupplier bidding guidance documents are accessible from: http://www.essex.gov.uk/Business-Partners/Supplying-Council/Pages/Supplier-portal.aspx ECC reserves the right to amend timescales and change the evaluation criteria if there are genuine omissions or mistakes. We reserve the right to cancel the procurement and/or not to award all or part of a contract and will not be responsible for any supplier bidding costs incurred.
