Social Value Portal - Suppliers Event Suppliers Event will be held on Friday 20 September at 1:00pm at The City & Port of Bristol Social Club, Nibley Road, Bristol, BS11 9XW. To register your interest in attending the event please register with Eventbrite: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/bristol-city-council-social-value-engagement-housing-construction-tickets-72127373917 Bristol City Council Housing Delivery are hosting a Social Value Engagement Conference. Bristol City Council owns approximately 27,400 dwellings and around 600 blocks of flats with a range of property archetype's, including 1 bed bungalows, studio flats, 3 bedroom maisonettes, and 2-4 bedroom houses. There are an additional 1600 leaseholder properties. Blocks range from 3 storey low rise flats to 18 storey high rise blocks. There are 59 high rise blocks, 28 sheltered blocks and around 500 other blocks. In order to provide a consistent and reliable service we endeavour to work closely with our contractors. In September 2019 The Council began using the new Social Value Portal in all it's Procurement opportunities. Tender opportunities are constantly available within Housing Delivery, so in order to assist with your current and future tender submissions this event will demonstrate the portal and how to complete your tenders successfully. This event will be of particular interest to Small, Medium Enterprises within the Housing and Construction industry. We are looking forward to seeing you. (Please note there is a maximum limit of 2 tickets per company)
