The tender, with a value of GBP 10,000, is in the open procurement stage until November 1, 2022. The contract period is set to begin on November 18, 2022, and end on December 29, 2023. Notice Title

DurhamWorks Programme for Schools Evaluation

Notice Description

Schools is part of a broader European Social Fund programme called DurhamDirections. It commenced in September 2020 and is funded until December 2023. The programme is led by Durham County Council and is delivered in partnership with Groundwork North East and Cumbria. A focused evaluation is required to measure the impact of activities and support that is provided to young people through the DurhamWorks Programme for Schools, that will enable Durham County Council and Groundwork North East and Cumbria to shape their services for young people in future. The evaluation should aim to develop an understanding of the effectiveness of support provided to young people and consider: - Has the programme increased the likelihood of identified young people making a sustained progression into post-16 education, employment or training? - What have been the most effective elements of the programme and why? - What have been the key outcomes for young people in priority groups? - Has the use of Outcome Star proven to be effective in terms of identifying barriers and supporting progression? - What has been the impact of the programme on partnership working? - What is the Return on Investment (ROI) for the programme?
