Scope of Work Replacement of existing Auditorium and Stage Area flat roof covering with new cut to falls insulated bitumen membrane flat roofing system (to achieve a 'u' value or 0.18 w/m2k). The information that is required for the tender submission is set out in the attachments to this notice and includes the Form of Tender and the Pricing Schedule. The tender documents must be read in conjunction with: HBS Docs: Contract Preliminaries, Drawing 111250 HBS-DR-B 10/20/21; and Bauder Docs: Specification B215766_The-Carnegie_Areas1&2InsulatedOverlay_11.01.2022 & Torch-Free Zone Report 10-01-2022 B215766-1, all of which are also attached to this notice. Written tender responses must be delivered or posted to Thetford Town Council, The Carnegie, Cage Lane, Thetford, IP24 2DS. The reception hours are from 10.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday. A tender return label is also attached to this notice. Additional information: Site inspections are permitted and can be arranged through the Town Clerk.
