Housing Related Support - Mental Health Pathway Services
Notice Description
Haringey Council ("the Council") invites tenders from suitably experienced and qualified providers to deliver the provision of Housing Related Support (HRS) - Mental Health Pathway Services for Haringey residence. The purpose of the HRS Mental Health Pathway Services is to provide high quality supported accommodation and floating support services for people whose primary need is mental health. The provision will enable service users to retain and gain the necessary skills to live as independently as possible by building on their strengths and aspirations for the future. The Mental Health Pathway Services also provides a trauma informed service which will support recovery from mental ill health. The service will be procured in seven (7) lots: * Lot 1 - Intensive Support Service * Lot 2 - Flexible Support Service - Long Stay * Lot 3 - Flexible Support Services - Generic * Lot 4 - Flexible Support Service for Women only * Lot 5 - Flexible Support Service for Black Men only * Lot 6 - Housing First Support Services * Lot 7 - Floating Support Services Tenderers may submit tenders for one, some or all Lots, but no single the service providers shall not be awarded contracts for more than five (5) Lots. Any bids received above the budget amount stipulated in attached Contract Notice will not be considered. Please note that the Tenderers applying for these contracts must have minimum of 3 years proven experience of delivering homelessness prevention and/or housing related support services to Adults whose primary need is mental health. Additional information: closing date for submission of tenders is 13:00 GMT, Monday 10th May 2021.
