NOTE: This notice was updated on 20 October 2020 for the following reason: NUTS CODE adjusted and Short narrative to identify work as being in Felixstowe and Harwich Ports(Consultants will be required to support the Board in shaping the wider aspiration for a Haven Freeport. This will need to include: *How it will drive the economic growth in the region *Support the national 'levelling up' agenda *Deliver for the future) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
