P0542 - Demolition of the Main Straight Grandstands at Alexander Stadium and the Remediation of the Site
Notice Description
The Council wishes to establish a Contract for the demolition of the main straight grandstands and the remediation of the site. o Preliminaries in preparation for the works to commence o Demolition including; o Demolition including foundations to a depth of 2m below existing ground levels o Removal of communication lines o Removal of any fly tipped and surplus materials o Identification and disposal of asbestos and toxic waste o Site protection o Erect temporary security fencing o Grade site to match surrounding ground levels o Remediation o Site utility diversions and disconnections as required The Contract will be for a duration of 8 months (unless terminated under the terms and conditions of contract). Registration and use of in-tend is free. All correspondence for this procurement process must be via the in-tend correspondence function. If you are unable to register with in-tend please either email us at cps@birmingham.gov.uk or call 0121 464 8000. If you are interested in tendering please click on the following link to access the Council's tender Portal:-. https://in-tendhost.co.uk/birminghamcc/ and submit your details to register as a bidder. We will send you a log on and password so you can download the tender documentation.
