Notice Description

Upperhead Row Multi-Storey Car Park is situated within Huddersfield town centre and is on top of the central bus station which is bounded by Trinity Street, Upperhead Row, Market Street and Castlegate as part of Huddersfield Ring Road to four sides from North to West. This successful provider will have to provide a structural appraisal, material testing, survey and investigation to identify the type and nature of the construction of the car park, to check/inspect/investigate each individual element of the structure, to accurately assess current levels of deterioration and to identify further detailed planned maintenance.
