Fairweather Green Fire Station Refurbishment
Description: WYFRS would like to invite contractors to submit a tender for the refurbishment of Fairweather Green Fire Station, which is located at 1003 Thornton Road, Bradford BD8 0EH. The refurbishment will include full mechanical and electrical overhaul including full rewire, lighting renewal, fire alarm/PA/turnout renewals, heating renewals and implementation of sustainable/green technology. A full reroof is required, along with full window and door renewal and internal architectural layout alterations to provide single occupancy unisex dormitories and WC/Shower units across both floors.
