Direct Award to deliver a provision of Housing Related Support for the Council's Vulnerable People Housing Service (VPHS). Provide the effective use of Service and measurement of demand, the Contractors will direct enquiries about access to the supported housing to the Council's Vulnerable People Housing Service (VPHS) and or Housing Solutions Service including the Out of Hours service. The contractor is required prepare Service Users for independent living with the aim to be to be living without support.
