Notice Title

BIG001-1021 Research Project into what makes a great partnership in delivering key interventions and programmes

Notice Description

Our strategic programmes have been co-designed with people who have first-hand experience of the issues raised. They're delivered by partnerships that bring together local organisations from different sectors, using a test-and-learn approach to find out what works and what doesn't. Several years into the Strategic Programmes, they have retained their policy relevance and urgency. There is a clear role for The National Lottery Community Fund to play in engaging stakeholders, raising awareness and building capacity with practitioners and advocates. The National Lottery Community Fund holds a large amount of data and evidence from these sizeable programmes, and it needs to share as widely as possible about what the data is telling us to improve service delivery across the sector. In particular we also have an opportunity to enhance the authenticity around the Strategic programmes through sharing the programmes ability to test, learn and improve. Local Government decision makers in particular would appreciate learning about what has not worked on the programmes, as well as particular successes. The production of this piece of work would help The National Lottery Community Fund to share learning with a broad range of stakeholders including, but not exclusive to, Government and practitioners, as well as other Funders and The National Lottery Community Fund itself. The contract is to gather, analyse and share the learning about partnership working and produce one or more products to share this in accessible and engaging ways. As a minimum, we require a detailed 'source book' and a summary report (maximum 15,000 words including references and credits). Please refer to the detailed specification available at the Bravo e-tendering portal. Additional information: All interested suppliers should register in full at our Bravo e-tendering portal here (https://tnlcommunityfund.bravosolution.co.uk/esop/guest/go/public/registration?locale=en_GB?locale=en_GB&customLoginPage=/web/login.html?locale=en_GB).
