Leicester City Council wishes to appoint one supplier to provide: Maintaining an existing Building EnergyManagement System (BEMS) for the existing infrastructure that consists of satellite plant substations across ourlocal heat networks as well as independent Sheltered Housing Schemes, hostels, offices, training centres andpublic communal facilities across Leicester City Council's jurisdiction.
