Summary of the contracting process

The Medway Council is seeking tenders for an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) under an open procurement method. This process is currently at the tender stage, with submissions open until 29th June 2018. The project is classified under the Health and Social Work Services category and will benefit employees in the South East region of the United Kingdom. The anticipated value of the contract is between £40,000 and £60,000, with the contract itself expected to run from 1st October 2018 to 30th September 2025.

This tender presents a significant opportunity for businesses specialising in employee support services, mental health programmes, and organisational wellbeing strategies. Companies that are well-versed in delivering comprehensive EAP services should consider participating, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary, community, and social enterprises (VCSEs) that can provide tailored solutions to enhance employee performance and engagement within local government settings.
