Description: Leigh Academies Trust is seeking to establish a single-supplier Framework Agreement for the provision of Energy Consultancy Services. The Framework will be available for use by the Contracting Authority and a wide range of Authorised Users across the education sector and wider public sector. The Framework will cover, but is not limited to, the following services: Energy procurement and purchasing support, including the management of energy contracts and broker services Energy auditing, monitoring, and reporting Budget setting, bill validation, and invoice management Carbon and sustainability advisory services Regulatory compliance advice, including support with ESOS, SECR, and other legislative obligations Energy strategy development and implementation support Utility management and data analysis Support with renewable energy and decarbonisation initiatives The Framework will be established for a period of four years (read more...)
