Sheffield City Council, (SCC), is currently looking to carry out a Soft Market Test (SMT) in relation to provision of Tipping and Waste Facilities. The council has a requirement outside of the Domestic Waste arrangements to dispose of a number of different waste streams. These include but are not limited to the following: * Mixed construction and domestic type waste * Hazardous waste (including asbestos and WEEE) * Fly tipped waste * White and brown goods and small electricals * Green Waste * Copper and other metals
