Notice Description

Through this procurement exercise Efficiency East Midlands Ltd (EEM) on behalf of our Members have set up a framework which will ensure Members have access to contractors who can undertake Maintenance, Servicing and Responsive Repairs to; Passenger, Goods, Platform and Catering lifts. This framework will also cover general maintenance associated with the above along with Audits, Inspections and Insurance Reports, SAFed Functional and Supplementary tests. The Contractor will be required to carry out all of the works to a range of tenanted property types including, but not limited to; domestic housing stock, high rise and low rise flats, office accommodation, hospitals, student accommodation and schools. .
