Contract for the Composting of Garden Waste
Notice Description
This tendering opportunity relates to the composting of 42,000 tonnes per annum of garden waste, which is either collected separately as part of the District Councils' kerbside collection schemes, or brought to Devon County Council's network of 19 recycling centres. Additional information: Applicants who may be interested in tendering for this opportunity can access the procurement documents at www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk This Tendering opportunity follows the Public Contracts Regulations' Competitive Procedure with Negotiation. Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) is the first step of the process and only those applicants who pass the PQQ stage, will be invited to submit a tender. The preferred bidder will be required to provide a network of waste reception points in Devon, to which contract waste can be delivered.
