Refurbishment of Community Venue Sports Hall (inc. internal changes and new porch)
Notice Description
Broadstairs & St. Peter's Town Council are looking for expressions of interest from contractors able to undertake refurbishment, improvements and the installation of a new porch and kitchenette extension at the Retort House Sports Hall, Broadstairs. CT10 1NE. (Building located in the Albion Street, Car Park, Broadstairs). Works to include, but not limited to: new porch with kitchenette, new toilet configuration to facilitate new disabled toilet and ladies and gents toilets, decorations, installation of electric heating throughout, creation of store room. Details of porch can be found on the Thanet District Council planning pages, ref: 18/1520 If you would be interested in this project please email Danielle Dunn, the Town Clerk with a capability statement setting out why you would be suitable for this project and any relevant experience.
