Notice Description

To undertake all PDF works and provide the planning out and resurfacing of the bridge deck contained within the bill of quantities as per Specification and Design Drawings. in liaison with other parties engaged on this scheme to include but not limited to: - Carry out resurfacing as per attached specification and design drawings. - Produce and maintain a Construction Programme liaising with all other lot providers. - Works to be undertaken during full weekend closures (Friday 20:00 - Monday 06:00) - Weekly liaison with National Highways (NH) Construction Assurance Manager for programme and roadspace requirements - Produce Construction Phase Plan (CPP), (incorporating residual site specific significant hazards from PCI) for Client review, comment and acceptance using National Highways CPP checklist. - Provision and maintenance of site office and welfare facilities for all parties associated with the works - Liaise with Client to discuss any localised vegetation clearance required prior to installing site office and welfare facilities, - Attend a pre-start meeting prior to commencement of works - to be organised by Client. - Should works be notifiable to HSE, advise Client to submit F10. - Organise and chair monthly progress / commercial meeting for scheme duration and close down meeting on completion. - Produce monthly spend profile, forward forecasts and calculations for any financial accruals. - Liaise with appointed TTM contractor to ensure suitable development of a safe system of work allowing safe access to the structure. - Liaise with appointed Designer for technical queries - Liaise with CDM-PD and provide information for H&S File as the scheme progresses and on completion. - Provide a Scheme Completion Certificate - template to be provided by Client. - Submit an Outputs Certificate on delivery of scheme regional promises - template to be provided by Client - Issue a Certificate of Construction Compliance (in accordance with CG300) to the Client on completion of works.
