The works framework will provide the minor works intervention and, from time to time, reactive maintenance for 3190 assets throughout mainland Great Britain. Lot 1 - National - Major Works Typically, these orders equate to PS200k or above. All works on this lot are awarded following secondary competition. This lot will hold three suppliers. Lot 2 - North - Minor Works & Emergency response Typically, these orders equate to less than PS200k. All works will be awarded via Direct Allocation. This lot will hold three suppliers. Lot 3 - South - Minor Works & Emergency response Typically, these orders equate to less than PS200k. All works will be awarded via Direct Allocation on this. This lot will hold three suppliers.
