PLEASE NOTE: A change in the period of validity of a DPS is permitted under Regulation 34 (27) of the Public Contracting Regulations 2015. To comply with the treaty principles, we are required to review and republish the initial call for competition when setting up the DPS stating the change in the period of validity (new expiry date) Passenger Transport DPS 2019 to 2023 will now expire 31/03/2024 Additional information: A change in the period of validity of a DPS is permitted under Regulation 34 (27) of the Public Contracting Regulations 2015.
