Consultants to support the delivery of the Otterpool Park creative strategy. The Cultural Strategy for Otterpool Park sets out how the ambitions of the Creative Vision can be realised through a series of recommended actions and activities that will be led by the landowners, both short and long term. One of the first actions it identifies is the need for a 'creative champion'.
