**PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A CALL OF COMPETITION BUT IS AN ALREADY AWARDED CONTRACT** This requirement is for the supply of testing environments. This has been sourced via a single source action against PCR Regulation - 32. (2) (b) ii of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 - where the works, supplies or services can be supplied only by a particular economic operator as the competition is absent for technical reasons.
