Notice Description

The provision of support for patients in the North East suffering from 1. Respiratory Interstitial Lung Disease and 2. Severe Asthma. A providers event will be held on 16th December 2016 (time and venue to be confirmed, but probably in Liverpool in the morning). To attend, please email james.savill@nhs.net and he will respond with confirmation of details. The engagement process will be conducted via NECS e-tendering system (PROACTIS), there will be no hardcopy documents issued to bidders and all communications between bidders and Commissioners will be conducted via the portal. To express an interest, please register on thePROACTIS e-tendering portal, which can be found at: www.proactisplaza.com/SupplierPortal and follow the registration instructions. Search for the opportunity NECSeReq1000078. Please note that it is free to register on PROACTIS, which can be accessed at any time of day as long as you have a working internet connection. The basic principles of UK government procurement will be followed for this procurement utilising the Light Touch Regime accordance with Regulations 74 to 77 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (SI 2015 No102). The Contracting Authority will not be bound to comply with any Regulations save those applicable to procurements under the Light Touch Regime.
