Sandwell MBC (the Council),on behalf of the West Midlands Metropolitan and City Councils (excluding Birmingham City Council) (the Participating Authorities), has a requirement to identify and appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to carry out visual condition surveys of roads as prescribed by the United Kingdom Pavement Management Systems (UKPMS) national standard for the assessment of local road network condition. Estimated annual value of the Framework Agreement (Contract) is PS125,000 over its 4 years PS500,000. Estimated annual value of the contract is broken down as follows - Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council PS16,000 pa, Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council PS22,000 pa, Coventry City Council PS34,000 pa, Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council PS14,000 pa, Walsall Metropolitan Borough Council PS25,000 pa and Wolverhampton City Council PS14,000. Closing date 24-Apr-2017 Closing date for Expressions of Interest 23-Apr-2017
