Psychosexual Therapy Service - Sexual Health
Notice Description
Invitation to tender for the provision of: Psychosexual Therapy Service - Sexual Health United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust is issuing this invitation to tender in connection with the competitive procurement of the above healthcare service provision on behalf of the contracting authority. Lincolnshire Community Health Service NHS Trust is the contracting authority to this tender and any resulting contract. United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust are acting as the agent of the contracting authority in all matters relating procurement. The service provision is for Psychosexual Counselling Therapies Service with commencement to start 01 July 2021, with a contract duration of up to two years with options to extend for two years. The response documents of the ITT must be submitted using the e-Tendering Portal by no later than 25 March 2021 at 17.00 in line with the ITT Terms and Conditions. Copies of the all information relating to this ITT and required documentation are available on the e-tendering portal used by the authority for this procurement. The ITT document set comprises the following documents, which are attached the ITT opportunity on the e-tendering portal: Number Document Title 1 Covering Letter 2 ITT Terms and Conditions 3 Qualification Questionnaire 4 Technical Questionnaire 5 Service Specification 6 NHS Terms and Conditions Note: This is a one step process all bidders must ensure completed documentation is submitted by via the e-tendering portal by the date and time stated in the documentation.
