General Matters -Cost Consultant Appointment: - Act as the Cost Consultant for the project during RIBA Stage 1-7 - Develop the Cost Plan during the RIBA Stages 1-7 for a refurbishment to the whole building. - It is anticipated that the Works will be procured on a Single Stage Design & Build, on RIBA Stage 4 Design Information. - Advise on any exclusions or fees for any additional deliverables. - Please provide a resource schedule as part of your return. - Provision of Resource Schedules and CVs with proposal. - Provision of Hourly Rates - Your fee proposal will be evaluated with a 40% Commercial weighting and 60% Technical weighting. - City of London reserves the right to appoint on a RIBA stage by stage basis. The construction programme is 24 months starting from December 2022 and ending in November 2024. The estimated and principally approved construction value is PS13.75m
