NOTE: This notice was updated on 31 January 2018 for the following reason: Change of tender return deadline to 16/02/18 at noonChelmsford Museum is based around a 19th Century substantial residence in Oaklands Park, which is Grade 2 listed. The Museum was recently extended and a Heritage Lottery Grant has enabled a refurbishment of the original house to now be undertaken. The Council wishes to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified main contractor to undertake this important project. The successful bidder must be able to achieve the required standard of work within a challenging timescale. To respond to this opportunity, please use: https://www.delta-esourcing.com/respond/3WG96SA234 Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
