The Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme funding is specifically targeted at upgrading end-of-life fossil fuel heating systems to low carbon alternatives for example heat pumps. In October 2022 an application was made by the council to deliver a range of upgrades at three council owned sites. This ITT is for the fabric upgrades and the installation of solar PV at Diss Leisure Centre.
