This procurement exercise is for the main works contractor which may generally comprise of the following aspects:Comprehensive refurbishment of empty Rocket Cart House and ancillary spaces, including:- Re-roofing (repair / renewal to damaged roof structures)- Renewing fenestration, surface water systems- Brick / stone re-pointing / repair- New / full services renewal- Redecoration
