Notice Description
The Authority wishes to award a contract for the provision of Winter Health Co-Ordination .The aim is to provide coordination for project implementation support, monitoring and administration and to ensure a single point of contact (SPOC) providing access via the internet and telephone to help North Yorkshire residents living in or at risk of a cold home, fuel poverty, struggling to afford their energy bills, or worried about winter.
