Description: North Yorkshire Council are considering creating a framework for Grant Administration Services to support the effective delivery of grant programmes where appropriate, across a wide range of themes. The Council may receive grant funding that is required to be awarded within a set timeframe. This funding, often from government sources, usually needs to be allocated and spent quickly. It is important to set up schemes promptly while ensuring proper governance is in place. The Council is therefore considering a framework to enable them to appoint providers to administer, distribute and manage grant schemes on their behalf. National Refit Framework for Workplace & Interior Transformation 2027

Description: Pagabo Ltd on behalf of Red Kite Learning Trust intend to establish the first version of the National Refit Framework for Workplace & Interior Transformation 2027. This national Framework will cover a more specific scope of Workplace and Interior Transformation within existing estates and will encompass but not limited to, internal refurbishment, fit-out, workplace transformation, adaptive reuse, estate modernisation and occupier-led improvement projects within the UK for the whole of the Public Sector.
