Essex County Council (ECC) seeks input from the market to inform the scoping of a potential future procurement opportunity concerning a resource management tool for managing workflows to effectively plan, allocate, and track their resources.across projects and to aid optimized resources. Our aim is to provide ECC with a modern, flexible, and cost-effective solution and we are looking for potential suppliers to engage with us on market solutions. This soft market test is designed to secure market feedback on the current opportunities available. Please be advised that the specific scope and budget of this service within this notice is provided for indicative purposes only due to the requirements of the online form and remains subject to confirmation by the Council. Additional information: As an explanatory note ECC currently do not have a budget for the contract due the complexity of offer. However it will be Sub threshold.
