The refurbishment of communal kitchens at the David Moxon Annexe and Chantry Student Residences
Notice Description
The University has a tender opportunity to appoint a contractor to work under a fixed term, fixed price contract for the refurbishment of up to 6 communal kitchens at the David Moxon Annexe Student Residence (178 bed facility) and of up to 4 communal kitchens at the Chantry Student Residence (203 bed facility). Please note that the University may decide to vary the number of kitchens to be completed by up to 50% depending on budget availability. Bidders are invited to submit a response to the requirements set out in the ITT. Additional information: To access the procurement documentation please register on our e-Tendering portal https://in-tendhost.co.uk/solent. The relevant documentation is available for download from this site. The project reference is 17/E&F/06. Registration on the University's InTend portal is free. Is a Recurrent Procurement Type? : No
