o Service Provider to deliver an Introduction to Painting and Decorating Training to eligible 15-29 year olds who are not in employment, education or training (NEET). o Painting and Decorating Training courses will help participants learn more about the trade and assist learners to take their first step towards achieving ambitions of gaining a career in the construction industry.
