P4104048 Legal advisers to the International Rail Team
Notice Description
The Department seeks external resource to provide extra resilience and specialist expertise for advice and assistance (alongside DfT LA and Government Legal Department litigation teams) in respect of any matters arising from the operations, safety or security of the Channel Tunnel Fixed Link, including but not limited to any litigation or advisory matters arising from business as usual or more strategic issues including the UK's exit from the European Union, in a range of possible jurisdictions including the courts or Tribunals of England, France, Belgium the Netherlands and/or in international arbitration. The contract term has been extended by 12 months and the new contract expiry date is the 14th June 2026.
