The programme is designed to strengthen participants' team and organisational leadership skills as well as their personal effectiveness capabilities. The programme is designed to develop a new generation of Homes England leaders equipped for the 21st Century - a post-pandemic world in which new business models, innovation, disruptive technologies, rapid change, AI and sustainable development are the norm. The programme is designed to run over a 12-month period, part time, for 15 participants and the learning is built around three core modules (20 academic credits each): * Leadership * People and Performance * Thinking and Managing Strategically
